We have so much talent from the 9th grade to the 11th. Deep is a understatement.

Shamar is killing the best of the best. I think they are leaning toward putting that 5th star on.Scouts on the internet said he is going to be an amazing pass rusher in college. Look at him in action here I have the times below.

1:22- against 6 ft 8 320 lb 4 Star Julius Buelow of Hawaii

4:58:- against 4 Star OT 6 ft 5 280 lb Chris Morris with 33 offers.7th best OL in the country

4:33- Against One of the most feared OL in the country in IMG’s Chris Akphoroghene 6 ft 5 300 lbs. Committed to Oregon

Shamar stole the show earning one of the Ferrell awards. These are awards given out at this camp by the national director of recruiting Mr Ferrell. Yep I see 5 stars in this young man’s future.

Dillon, South Carolina outside linebacker Shamar McCollum could be a name to watch for the Vols coming out of the dead period. McCollum camped at Tennessee last week and spent an extended period of time with Jeremy Pruitt following the camp, he told VolQuest.

McCollum is awaiting word the end of the week as to whether the Vols will offer the 4-star pass rusher, who is the No. 2 player in the state of South Carolina.

McCollum played his freshman and sophomore year as a defensive end in a 4-3, but Dillon moved to a 3-4 a year ago and the 6-4, 200 pound prospect played standing up as an outside linebacker. McCollum has SEC offers from Arkansas and Missouri, with Oregon pulling the trigger on Wednesday morning. Those close to McCollum expect he will stay closer to home. The question now is will the Vols offer and become a real factor here?
