A little early in the year, but the first shoe has dropped with Wade Hampton deciding it was time for a change. Always interesting to see the changes every year. Who's next?

Time will tell for sure about the coaching carousel. I look for some teams to change and there maybe some unexpected changes as well

I think when you are talking about Spartanburg County, I think the only way we see turn over in coaches this year, is if the coach retires.

Agreed. Don't see anybody in Spartanburg leaving on anything but their own terms.

The Wade Hampton job could be a hard sell. Ther’s not exactly a ton of winning tradition there. It seems like a pretty decent school to be at, but Is there any football talent walking the halls there?

Looks like Murdock is the front runner.
What's a dazzling urbanite like you doing in a rustic setting like this?

WH has had some talent here, and there, through the years. But like a lot of Greenville County schools, I just don't know that things are set up to be anything above average. Historically just doesn't have the support for football like you see at some schools. Of course they need to make a good hire and give the guy time to burn it to the ground and start over. And if the school isn't going to make a commitment to football then they are wasting their time.

Easley is also open. Rumor has it that Seneca will be open next week.

At Seneca is the coach leaving on his own or getting pushed out the door? Remember that was a pretty coveted job when it came open a couple years back

What type of job is Easley? Is it a good place to live?
