**BITTER SWEET GOODBYE GIBBS STADIUM**

Postby Victory6 » Fri Oct 19, 2018 6:50 pm

Well the time has finally come where the Spartanburg High School Vikings will be parting ways with Wofford College. I’ts been a long memorable ride dating all the way back to the Snyder Field days and finishing at Gibbs!! I’ve played in and seen some great Vikings football over the years!! Tonight the Vikings will be playing their final game at Gibbs Stadium. I’m kind of regretting the fact that the Vikings won’t be playing right dab in the middle of town anymore. You could basically get to the game from either side of Spartanburg at the same time. What i’m really regretting is i will not get to see My Vikings play their last game there. And i will not get a chance to retire my seat!! This year will be the first time in a long time since i’ve missed more than one game. My job have me all over the State of SC. Instead of watching my beloved Vikings play their last game at Gibbs i’ll be at the Fort Dorchester vs Ashley Ridge game. :| Oh well it’ll be a bitter sweet night as the Vikings depart Wofford College the same way they started.....with a win!! Now for all you losers who are relishing the fact that the Vikings are down this year, you’ll will pay for it once y’all come to the “Vikings Din” next year!! :D We will REIGN AGAIN!!...“GO VIKINGS!!

What are you talking about paying it forward he'll y'all can't beat the tough teams on y'alls schedule beat up on the cupcakes here's a tip for y'all play 2a and 3 schools next year maybe y'all will have a chance to win state oh wait nope that won't happen either y'all win choke and lose to them as well.

Why don't you do some research and get a true name for your stadium since y'all are Vikings instead of being a guy and calling it a din and misspelling den

That hurts because it’s true. I was so looking forward to having a Cook Out here and now I’m scared to go there for fear of getting shot! I guess I’ll have to go to the one in Boiling Springs where this kind of thing is not an issue...man I hate thugs and gangbangers! They ruin EVERYTHING! They have no part in a decent society.

This is who we are referring to, (not Preferring), but you knew that.
Is it racist? No, but obviously it is in your offended mind.
Is it true? Yes, unless you’re one of those fake news people.
