Biden ended up 76th out of 85 in his law school class; the law school dean described him as an academic "disappointment" but praised his "confidence," "general physical appearance" and "general speaking ability" in recommending him as a lawyer.

After reading some of his recent quotes, Joe might be fun to watch in the next few months.

1. The weaknesses to which others pointed are absolutely true. Otherwise why "shore up" those weak areas with a pick like Biden?
2. "Change?" Are you kidding me? Could he have picked somebody less associated with any kind of new politics or vision? He picked an old white liberal male windbag. Maybe Hillary should have called him "an African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy."

Really there is not much comparison. The Naval Academy is harder to get into than both Harvard or Yale and any kid that graduates from the Academy would usually finish in the upper 10% of most state schools. Unfortunately Joe Biden has proven many, many times that he is NOT the most smartest guy in Washington. McCain has proven beyond any doubt his honor and valor and his dedication to the United States, not just as a leader but as a serviceman. As a serviceman McCain has made sacrifices beyond what most Americans could even imagine. I think with the polls so unexpectedly close, Obama simply made a bad choice.

Obama showed a total lack of courage and leadership by not selecting Hillary Clinton, the only person that could have helped him politically, and giving in to her queenship, Michelle! He completely opened up the playing field for McBush. Bad, bad, very bad move!
