Great game by 2 very good teams. I predicted Cheraw would lose 28-21, so I wasn't off too much. Bottom line Cheraw didn't have enough depth at the DL and OL positions this year. We lose around 20 seniors that were a part of alot of wins the last 3-4 years. I don't like to look ahead so early, but Cheraw will be a very average team next year. We have to replace a 7,000 yard rusher in Small and a bruising runner in Evans, and I don't see alot of help coming up from our JV. Oh well 8 months til kickoff, cait wait for it to get here. Proud of the Braves and the season they had. Good luck Timberland next week. GO BRAVES!!!

You have to excuse some of the Brickboy. I, as well as many others, know that you should not listen to the opposing teams radio broadcast unless you want to hear it from a different perspective. From what I could here sitting around the corner from you, you do a heck of a job building it up for your listeners, you know guys like braveguy06. WTUAPLAYBYPLAY and his counterparts do a fine job for us and the internet connection is a hard thing to do out there in the sticks. I feel that both teams did an excellent job of keeping us on the edge of the seat. Small has a huge 59 yard run and then not even 45 seconds later King busts loose for a 56 yarder to pay dirt. Very Very exciting. I want to thank both teams for an exciting and thrilling game. Also, please take exception of the fans that talk the trash, they cannot see it from a different perspective.

This post is for the guy who mentioned the Championship belt. I never saw it all night. I was looking with my binoculars but never saw it. I thought that when the champion was beat the belt went to the winner. I guess we have to wait till next week to try and become the lower state champs, and if we are fortunate enough to make it state then we could try to beat whoever else is there for the belt. Someone said in the Timberland/Cheraw thread that Cheraw had not lost a game in the lower state playoffs in 4 years. I weighed the variables involved and came up with a good theory. Could it be that Cheraw won all those games in the lower state because Timberland was not in the lower state? I feel that Timberland may have given them a good run back in '06 for sure when we made it to state with one of our other great teams. Just having some fun guys, hopefully you can all see that. There are many adjectives that could be used to describe the game tonight; awesome, great, exciting, supercalafradulisticexpialadocious, you know words like that. Thanks for a great game Cheraw, we know we will possibly meet again. Timberland has a stacked JV that will feed us many more great players.

If you dont remember that was the year we went 15-0. Cheraw was a good team this year but we had great teams these past 4 years. Cheraw went to state cause we were the best. Timberland wouldnt have been able to handle are great teams. You just got the win on a team that was decent. We have had big time players every year go. Chris massey, Cliff matthews, Jaron Brown. QB has scared me all year for Cheraw. It hurt to lose Josh henderson last year.

Also the two Timberland fans who were being classy I let them know congrats. That is playbyplay and Boskeet. We did are talking on the field. You are just another idiot who is jealous of the success we have had these past 4 years. Its ok all good things come to an end but you better BETTER know we will be back. We prob will be in the rebuilding stage a couple of years but thats ok. Happen to central when they lost everyone in 03 they rebuilt and there back.
