I know there is some good hoops in Spartenburg and Charleston, with all the hype it seems they are the only 2 teams that can play in Sumter.
I want to hear from the people in the Pee Dee area about their teams and who will be good or not good.

Marlboro beat Carolina on Tuesday 47-40. It was a great game between two very good teams. They meet again later in the year so look for another great game during the rematch.

I hear Pee Dee girls are the strongest team in the Pee Dee Area...I am sure Carolina Girls will be pretty good and possibly win their region. For the boys, yes Marlboro defeated Carolina but dont forget about The Kings Academy...they have a solid team and Trinity Collegiate. Rumor is they have 6'9, 6'7, and 6'4. I know they just beat Marlboro last night by 4 points so watch for them also. Its a given that Charleston Collegiate and SCA are the 2 best teams. Any info on girls in 2A?

At this point, and I know its early,Kings looks to be one of the best in the Pee Dee.They have a lot coming back and should win their region fairly easily. Carolina only has 7 players and Trinity is big but beatable. They were beaten by PDA already though. Also Marlboro has to get some props. They will be the favorites to win their region now that DC is down.

Anyone is beatable...yea Trinity lost to PD first game of the year but lets keep in mind Kings lost to Pee Dee as well. I'm sure they have an excuse for losing though!

noone is ready to compete with SCA or CC. Sure there is alot of talk about Kings and Trinity but thats all itis..talk. I saw Trinity this past weekend in Savannah and although they looked good at times, especially against Bible Baptist, they still have a long way to go. I hear Kings is overrated and they shoot way too many 3's.

It sounds like Trinity and Kings will battle it out in their region and Marlboro and Pee Dee in theirs.
Its been a long time since Carolina and Dillon C hasnt been mentioned as favotites.

Pee Dee is pretty good in boys and girls this year. The boys team just got back their best post player from injury.
