I will update records later today or tomorrow, but as far as right now off the top of my head, the AA bracket will probably look like this.
I think all of the first round games are crossover games. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong. US #1 Thomas Sumter vs LS#4 Colleton Prep LS #1 Northwood Academy vs US#4 Robert E Lee US #2 Calhoun Academy vs LS #3 Hilton Head Prep LS #2 Hilton Head Christian vs US #3 Dorchester Academy |

I was wondering if St. Andrew's beats first baptist and Hilton Head Prep, would the brackets change any? i think that would mean there would be a 3 way tie between CPA, HHP, and SAS. what would happen in that situation?

Here is how a 3 team tie is broken: (2) If three or more teams are tied, and one of the teams has defeated the other two teams, that team will be seeded higher. The point system shall be used to break the remaining tie. (3) If after using the Point System, two teams remain tied, the winner of the game between those teams will receive the higher standing. (4) If after using the Point System, three or more teams remain tied, the teams will play a round robin using the Ten Yard Line Overtime Procedure. Points scored will accumulate. The team with the most points will receive the higher standing. (5) If the Point System determines first and second place, the seasonal game between between the two teams will not be considered (in the case of a three-way or more tie) SCISA Football Point System The Point System applies only to Region Games. The Winner shall receive Ten (10) points for the victory plus one (1) point for each marginal point, not to exceed fifteen (15) points. The loser receives no points. |

So as things stand saints21:
CPA 2-1 with 36 points must play Northwood, THA, & HHC HHP 1-2 with 25 points must play THA, SAS, & First Bapt SAS 1-3 with 25 points must play First Baptist & HHP "I see", said the blind man as he picked up his hammer and saw. |

This is correct. And what it means is if Colleton Prep loses at Northwood and home against HHCA in the next two weeks, they could be on the outside looking in. I would guess they would be considered underdogs in both of those games. HHP can score a maximum of 75 points with big wins over Thomas Heyward and First Baptist. That would guarantee them a spot no matter what happens with St. Andrew's. If St. Andrew's beats First Baptist by more than 15 that would guarantee them 50 points, that means they would have to beat HHP by at least 12 points to guarantee them a spot. Colleton Prep can only score a maximum of 61 points. That would leave them outside. In this scenario, St. Andrew's would be the 3 seed and HHP would be the 4 seed because of head to head matchup (provision #3 in the format) If St. Andrew's beat's HHP by exactly 11, then they would be left out as they would tie the point break system with Colleton Prep and Colleton Prep would get in because of the head to head game. |

So what is the scenario now for Region II-AA?
SAS def FB 38-7 HHP def THA 42-28 NW def CPA 35-10 What happens if CPA upsets HHCA? "I see", said the blind man as he picked up his hammer and saw. |

CPA 2-2 (2 games left THA, HHCA)
HHP 2-2-2 games left (SAS, FB) SAS 3-2 - 1 game left (HHP) |

Anyway,
if HHP wins out, SAS is done If SAS upsets HHP, and HHP is left out If SAS wins, and CPA loses to HHCA, then the points kick in. If SAS wins by 12 or more, HHP is out. If they win by 11 or less (or lose) then they (sas) is out. It may come down to the last week when HHCA and CPA play. All this assumes CPA beats THA, and HHp beats FB. Anything else would be monstrous upset and throw the standings into a mess. |

Sorry, CPA 2-2 (2 games left THA, HHCA) HHP 2-2 (2 games left SAS, FB) SAS 2-3 (1 game left HHP) |

This isn't correct. If the tiebreaker goes to a point system, Hilton Head Prep is basically a lock. Because of their win by 14 last night, if they beat First Baptist by 2 points they are guaranteed to get in. The most points that Colleton Prep can score in the tiebreaker system is 61. Hilton Head Prep currently has 49 points in the tiebreaker system. They would receive 10 for the win over First Baptist and would only need to win by 2 points to get to 61 and tie Colleton Prep. At that point, the tie breaker again becomes head to head matchup. The part that is wrong is the middle statement, if St. Andrew's beat's HHP by more than 11, then Colleton Prep is the team that is out. |

CPA 2-2 (2 games left THA, HHCA) currently 36 tiebreaker points HHP 2-2 (2 games left SAS, FB) currently 49 tiebreaker points SAS 2-3 (1 game left HHP) currently 50 tiebreaker points If SAS wins by 12, they are in and are guaranteed 3rd seed which would put them on Northwoods side of the bracket. If SAS loses, they are out. If HHP loses to SAS and beats First Baptist by more than 2, they are guaranteed in and will be the 4 seed on the same side of the bracket as TSA and HHCA. |

Also, CPA is not good enough to forget about Thomas Heyward the last week of the season. THA is finally healthy and played very well last night. Malphrus is healthy at QB, Tindall is running well out of the backfield and the move of Youmans to TE/SE has given them a huge legit receiving threat. |
