The weather service has reported a Class IV Hurricane is forming in the town of Moncks Corner. The service has named the storm "Hurricane Ellis". The Hurricane has stalled on Main Street but is expected to pick up strength and speed Friday afternoon. It is definite the Hurricane will track up Highway 52 and make landfall at precisely 7:30 PM in "The Corral" in Kingstree. The Hurricane will be supported by powerful "Thunder" and lots of "Lightning".
The storm will be complemented by at least eight tornadoes working simultaneously. That is going to be one bad storm!! Looks like inclement weather at the "Stallion" Homecoming!! It is recommended that all horses be kept secure in the old green barn out back til the storm passes.

Thought we all could use some creative humor!!

Ellis-- as Sparky and I told you, "You only get one chance to make a first impression." You boys make their first impression of St. John's Football memorable.

Number Six in a row...Can't wait...It is only Wednesday evening and Spark and I both have a bad case of "Cavalier Fever"...am told the only effective cure is a healthy dose of St. John's football!! Cannot wait to receive my medicine Friday evening...

See you guys at the game.

Let's GO CAVS !!

Hahahaha...great one there, Cavs Fan #1.

Relcavs, if I know one thing about football, its that you NEVER know who is going to win regardless of players, stats or records. The unpredictability of it is what makes this sport so great! I am not looking at the past wins or even the Laurens or DC game until that time comes. I am only focusing on this week!

Thank you !! I read your message tonight shortly after learning that Hospice has taken over the care of my favorite aunt. They expect she has a few days to a week. I ask for everyone's prayers as I face the loss of this dear individual who helped so much with my upbringing as a child.

The news makes me pause and think how fortunate we are to enjoy life, have fun, and enjoy Football Fridays. Life is short. We need to enjoy happy times with our family, friends, and school families.

High School Football is great entertainment. I am thankful that our boys at SJ enjoy my enthusiasm for the game. It is my hope that these students can look back on their High School years with a chuckle and a smile about the man who tried to teach them about school spirit, rivalry, and the joy of life.

I also thank Ellis and our Senior Class for all they mean to me...for putting up with us yelling at 'em and routing them on.

No doubt about it, we are behind our "Cavs !!"

This is why St.John's is viewed as a school with absolutely no class.

<--Confused Ignoring TSA's comment....

Cavalier Fan #1-- My heart breaks for you as you are facing the loss of a loved one. It is never easy.

At SJCA, I have been so impressed by the fan support. The support is amazing from "the guys on the fence" that encourage, motivate and inspire our boys to greatness. I have been a lot of places and have been a part of many teams, but the positive atmosphere at SJCA is remarkable.

It must have decipated into a Sub-tropical depression with just a little hot wind and no storm surge. Jim Cantore is kicking himself in the butt for wasting his time on this storm watch.

From where I sat in the stands tonight there was no hurricane, just a cool fall breeze! The only thing that could have been mistaken for lightening was the flash of WA's scoreboard going up, up, up. The closest thing to thunder I heard was the jaws of the SJ's fans as they hit the dirt in amazement. Yes, Brown's does serve Crow, I hear it taste best fried. We would also like to recommend that you stop by the glue factory and pick up some Elmer's to repair your shattered illusions.

Have you ever heard the old saying that "He's so lucky that he must have a horseshoe in his backpocket?" Well it appears Saint John's may have a horseshoe embedded a little deeper than that after tonight's game.

Cavalier Fan this is all meant in fun! Hope you appreciate our playful banter as much as we enjoyed yours! Signed "The Incredible Mr. Ed"
