I have just one question for all the ACS fans.........
which state's private school system will yall join now?? I mean surely since you can't win in SC anymore and you couldn't win in Georgia, maybe now you should try for NC, or TN!?!?!?!?
i just wish there was one person from ACS that could admit that their nut for a coach runs from anything challenging!!!! I know i am going to get the same old responses.........like, oh we switched for travel reasons. I mean come on people, i guess it would be more feasible for the teams in south Texas to play teams from Mexico instead of teams acctually from Texas.....due to travel!?!?!?! I am not trying to be dificult I just want other people to realize this is stupid! The bottom line is the city of AUGUSTA is in the state of Georgia; and Augusta Christian School is in AUGUSTA! But anyways congrats to Hammond, and the rest of the true SCISA teams!!!!!!!

cool enough!

What an unintellegent post. Can we please stop beating the dead horse over and over again?

I guess ACS was trying to duck from competition after scheduling Charolette-Latin who was on a 60 game win streak. Yeah that's really ducking away from the competition.

2 losses to a better Hammond team means AC can't win in SCISA anymore?

Who said that SCISA was so weak? ACS figured it was great competition. Now you are saying your own league sucks?

Augusta Christian isn't in Augusta. It's in Martinez.

Congrats on figuring out that Augusta Christian is in Georgia. That's the only thing you got right in your post.

I'll say it again. The horse is dead...stop beating it please.

Does strebel stand for anything? Didn't know if it was Strom Thurmond, who ACS drilled twice in baseball. Maybe you should duck!

After ACS lost I heard an ACS parent say to another parent,"Now you see why ACS joined this league...weak." Say I'm lying, say it's just one fan, say it was just sour grapes. I don't care, I finally heard one ACS fan say what everyone else in SCISA has been saying: ACS joined to win, not just for travel.

If you disagree with anything I say you are wrong.

How do you know that they are a parent? Did you ask them? It seems to be an odd time to make such a statement, right after you LOST a game.

The man appeared to be a parent, unless he stole that little girl walking beside him. I understand what you mean by an odd time to make that statement but I think it was just him saying, "Now you see why we switched, competition is weak, even though we lost we could still make it here every year."

ACS had one of its weakest teams last year when it won state? Strebel, what are you smoking? ACS lost a lot of talent and still made it to the finals. The football program will be competitive for several years whether the SC folks like it or not. ACS does not run from competition. Charlotte-Latin would have beat the hell out of Strom Thurmond in football so ACS played a better team this year, did not win but did not run from competition. I would personally like to see ACS play the Georgia schools to establish some rivals but we do not at this point. Hopefully we can bring another weak team to the state next year and win it, like we could have this year. The outcome of the finals was in doubt until 2 minutes to go in the game.

ok guys look... you can call me anything you want but, the fact still remains your school is from georgia and you couldn't win anything while playing there! and you come over to SC and win the state, i mean come on. open your eyes. if anyone who reads this can tell me that anything i have said is not true, then i will listen. i personally think acs can't handle the truth when they here it! yall have been brain washed to beleive what sounds good for your team............ and if it is at all possible please set that game up, ST would be proud to play them! i just wish one person could come up with some true evidence to prove what i am saying is not true!

cool enough!

this is absolutely stupid. the only people that bring this up are over the hill wannabe athletes who would rather complain about nothing! Why does it matter that they play in SC but the school is in Georgia. At first I was confused at it but now that I have seen them a few times i dont care where they play. Im too young to remember but didnt Hammond play in NC? My opinion is that if you can make the league better why not include them. And from what Ive seen they have made it better. SO just let the kids play. These are games were talking about. get over your attitudes and drop the subject.Let the school play where it wants to. Heres my real question...why does it matter?

strebel- Do you think that the TEAM with Rabun, McKinney, and Pitts was better than last years team? If so there isn't any need carrying this discussion futher, you don't know anything! Also, I'm curious why a resident of South Carolina would accuse ACS of running from competition by moving from the GISA to SCISA.

Oh I forgot about you strebel. You are the same idiot that complained last year when ACS made the finals. Tell me, do the players at Strom Thurmond still sneak in vodka before their games? Oh Justin Broadwater...

Why you even complain about this I dunno. What is your dog in this fight? Are you really that bored every year to whine about this?

I don't care where a school is from. If they want to play in SCISA and are allowed, bring them on. The only way to improve the level of competition is to allow better teams into the league. Instead of whining about who's in the league, how about spend some of that energy practicing to improve.

ok let me get this straight......you are saying last years team is better than the 2002-2003 team, really???? i mean for starters how many from last years team are playing at the next level?? because you will lose that one!!! and if you are a fan of south carolina football you should care that these teams who have had tradionally losing programs, come over and all of a sudden are state champs!! i am not "whining" as yall say, i am mearly stating facts and no one wants to here the truth. and outsider what in the heck are you talking about? that did happen and he was punished but its pretty obvious we had a fairly good team besides that one bad thing! .............. but i just don't understand why i am an "IDIOT" and been labled so stupid to the game of football? i know my facts, and if anyone on here wants to challenge that then PLEASE DO! if not, then stop with the name calling and make a good argument!!!!! i will leave this thing alone if one person can honestly tell me that they think ACS would have made a run for the title in GA either this year or last!!....................... your new assistant coach is good, but not that good!!!!!!!

cool enough!
