I think it is gonna be a well matched game. Both teams are gonna come out and play hard. I think it is all gonna come down to who wants to beat who worse.

After each team's performance in Week 1, why do you think it's going to be a well matched game? Looks like SJCA is better than projected and Cathedral looks to be not very good.
im saying well matched players wise. cathedral just came off a game against a 40 man team. Of course we dont look as good as some expected, we were well overmatched. we play tonight, so i guess we'll see.

I guess it could be a close game, but I really don't see it being that way. Yes sjca did lose to a first year 11 man team. Keep in mind...SJCS is a first year 11 man team as well. And you act like laurens is a bad team. They contended for the state championship last year, so regardless of them moving up...they know what its like to win. Unlike SJCA who went 3-7 last year. But ellis hammon is an All-Region selection...passed for 1,000 yards last season. C.J. Downey is gonna be too fast for Cathedral's defense.
Cathedral fans can make all the excuses they want about north woods having more players. When it comes down to it...everyone starts the game with fresh legs, and everyone starts the game with 11 players on the field. Cathedral was overmatched skill wise.
P>S> Also look for Dexter Philips to have a big game at st. johns...good power back...I attended their last game and he did very well...
With love...

i guess you were right DeepThreat18. Cj and Dexter was to much for CA. CA played real hard. last week we played LA. it was suspose to be a blow out. but we wanted to play, we beat our selfs with late game craps, and simple mistakes. but it was close. so CathedralGenerals75, how was SJCA haveing a close game against a team that was suspose to kill us, a bad thing? last night was an awesome game. CA hit hard, had some-what size. yals line block well. good luck with the rest of your season CA...
