Too bad you are not on the schedule this year when we have more than 2 seniors. So much for modest country boys. Good luck Stallions.

Wow, you shut down a Shrine Bowler with ****ing Mono. The kid had no business playing and still had 4 catches. Yea, I had 3 touchdown catches, how many touchdowns did ya'll have...0! 21-0. That was the score. Guess what the score was my junior year...35-0! Guess what the score was my sophomore season...28-0. You can thrown out all the excuses you want, but we dominated St. Andrews every year and my junior year we had 3 seniors and lost in the semi's to the eventually state champions so that's the stupiest excuse I've ever heard. You suck, you'll suck again this year, I'm sorry. You shut down our running game, congrats. We shut down you're team 3 straight years COMPLETELY! And the game of my life was against REL my junior year and we lost. I was second on team in TD receptions, mostly because #1 was out with mono all year until the playoffs and I had to step up. Something so one in St. Andrews knows how to do, they just wait til next year when they have seniors.

How sad that his family and coaches allow him to get out there in that situation when it could do way more harm than good.

He wasn't diagnosed with Mono until week 2(actually week 3). We just thought he was sick with the flu. Actually ended up giving it to another player later. Don't question the integrity of his parents or our coaching staff. They take very good care of all our players. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't comment.

Of course reading your post he had a nasty word type of mono when the game was played.

Well if he were well enough to play it shouldn't be a problem to brag about beating him.

Plus if he were still able to make the Shrine Bowl with mono he must have gotten the rep with the mono since he had it for most of the season.

By thin are you talking overall numbers? I heard they only had 16-17 players, but that the core of their offence had returned. Low numbers will really hurt with more players having to play both ways. Thacker will have to work extra hard to keep his legs fresh and hope they avoid injuries.

Good luck on the season!

You need to learn not to talk about something you know nothing about. It would anger you just as much if I questioned the integrity of your family and friends.

From Midlandspreps.com:

Week zero: Beaufort Academy at Carolina Academy

BEAUFORT ACADEMY at CAROLINA ACADEMY

Who: Beaufort Academy (7-3 combined varsity and junior varsity in 2007) at Carolina Academy (2-8 in 2007)

Where: Buddy Wallace Fields, Lake City

When: Today, 7:30 p.m.

What's important: Beaufort Academy begins its first full season of varsity football on the road against Carolina Academy, a late replacement after Coastal Christian Academy backed out of the game. How the Eagles' young offensive and defensive lines perform will dictate how successful Beaufort Academy is. In a scrimmage against Patrick Henry, Beaufort Academy's line had trouble adjusting to the different packages Patrick Henry used. Its defensive line had trouble getting backfield penetration. The same problems tonight could have disastrous results.

Directions: From Beaufort, take US 21 North until it becomes US 17 South. Merge onto Interstate 95 North heading toward Florence. Take exit 135 and merge onto US 378 East toward Lake City. After 18 miles, turn right onto West Main Street/SC 341. Turn right 0.6 miles later onto North Country Club Rd. School is located 0.7 miles down the road. The football field is behind the school.

Projected starters

Offense: Ward Burrus, QB; James Parks, FB; Chris Canavan, TB; Michael Chahin, WB; Ray Aiello, TE; Max Burns, WR; John Gordon, T; Matt Bass, G; Zach Rentz, C; Kyron Beale, G; Adam Chahin, T. Defense: Patrick Ferri, NG; Zach Pento, DT; Hunter Bradshaw, DT; Kyron Beale, OLB; Chris Canavan, OLB; Josh Gee, ILB; James Parks, ILB; Michael Chahin, CB; Max Burns, CB; Larry Stevenson, FS; Matt Bass, SS.

Prediction

Beaufort Academy will have to wait for its first varsity win -- Carolina Academy by 10.
