With Dave Odom stepping down at the end of the season, who thinks this would be a perfect time to offer Zam Fredrick the job? I think it would be a great time to offer Fredrick even though he don't have College coaching experience. He has the tools to relate to the younger generation and get results. Start him out with a small contract with average pay and let him prove himself.
