For the flagrant foul/assault he committed against Hansbrough. He is suspended for one game so he wont get to play against NC State for Dukes opening game. I would love for NC State to beat Duke, that way Henderson wouldnt get to play in the ACC Tourney at all. That would be justice for him.

Go State beat #21 Duke and knock them out of the top 25.


I will also predict that Duke will not be ranked in the AP top 25 final poll after the NCAA tourney......another Duke first in 11 years........

That makes two mistakes you made and you still cant be a man and admit them. Regarding Henderson, I will say this. As a life long Duke fan, one of the things I've always loved about the program is the raw emotion and sincerity of the athletes and coaching staff.

And while I don't think Henderson meant to injure TH, or that a coach told him to do it, I think he was upset at the game's outcome, and intended to make certain that UNC would not "rub it in" by getting another dunk.

It upsets me that there is even a glimmer of a reason for people to speak dirty of Duke (legitimately...not people like FlyGuy, who will always speak dirty). I had really hoped that there would've been a serious effort on behalf of Henderson and Krzyzewski to make things right. When Hansborough said that Henderson hadn't contacted him, that upsets me a little. Duke has always been a classy program. Nobody loves the Devils more than me, and I can't help but feel a little bit embarrassed that they haven't made more of an effort to make amends.

Not only that but in presser "K" even said the guy that got the worst of it was G (as he called him)..Not once has he said he hoped Tyler was O.K. or made any effort to acknowledge the injury.....That my friends is CLASSLESS!!!

"Classless" is the wrong word.

How would we feel about this if Hansborough had landed his punch on Costner in the NC State game? The media would portray it as karmic retribution. He missed and got a technical, but in my opinion, that was a much more blatant shot than Henderson's.

Coach K is being a competitive coach instead of being a role model. While I can't say I blame him for that, it is more than a little sad that the two aren't always synonymous.

Yes, justice has been served. Duke nor Henderson will not play in the ACC Tourney. NC State wins 85-80...Duke will not be ranked going into the NCAA tournament. There is a God!
