i've heard some mixed reviews about the place and i am supposed to sign a lease with them soon. i would like some information from someone who's stayed there. the main thing i am worried about is that i've heard the power bills are outrageously high. anybody with any information would be greatly appreciated.

I guess it just comes down to personal preference........when given the choice of cow dung or the smell of homeless crackheads, I chose cow dung.

That is funny right there. CK doesn't have the mental capability to do very much so we jst ignore him most of the time. I think it's his Alzheimers kicking in. I would take a cow pasture over the abandoned industrial sites/crackheads/homeless in COlumbia anyday.

stayed there in the early 90s and many were updated in 1995. Back then considered remote to live out there but now it's a popular place to be especially with the CAT system in place. We lived there with 4 and was cheap, spilting all the bills 4 ways. We like the center grounds for parties, volleyball, football, etc. We even created a small par 3 out their until we flew it over the complex and nearly shattered some porch windows. The only problem was with the heating and air system. One side will be hot or cold depending on which side gets the sun. The upstairs and downstairs temperature was always be hard to control. I would not have a problem staying there. It's not as nice as some of the local apartment complexs but I bet the price is right. Go luck!
